Neimeth engages independent director

Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc has appointed Mrs. Bashirat Odunewu as an independent director. The new independent director is a chemistry graduate of the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.

Odunewu also holds a Master of Science degree from the University of London.

She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).

Odunewu, who has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector, is currently the group executive, international banking at First Bank Nigeria Limited.
