Actor and media personality Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, known as Nedu, has clarified that he does not hate women, despite some people thinking otherwise.
Nedu made this clarification after actress Yvonne Jegede implied that he disliked women. She did this while criticising him for scolding her after she publicly apologised for some comments she made on a recent episode of ‘The Honest Bunch’ podcast.
Nedu pointed out that he has three daughters, a female manager, and that most of the people around him are women.
In a video shared on his Instagram, Nedu said, “In past episodes of The Honest Bunch podcast, I might have said some things that upset a few people, leading some to think I hate women. I don’t hate women. I have a female manager, three beautiful daughters, and most people around me are women. So I don’t understand why people think that.”

His management also intervened, cautioning Yvonne Jegede against further damaging Nedu’s reputation and clarifying that she was under no pressure to make any statements during the podcast.
