No fewer than 23 drug-related offenders have been convicted by the Oyo State Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in the last six months, the state commander of the agency, Abdullahi Saeed, has said.

Addressing newsmen, at the weekend as part of the activity to mark the 2022 International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, Saeed said the agency has arrested 159 suspected drug traffickers and offenders since the beginning of the year.
