This was disclosed by the State Coordinator, Alhaji Muhammed Sambo at the venue of the training in Dutse. He said the training would last for two weeks.
He explained to journalists that the women, who are within the ages of 25 and 50, were selected from 27 local government areas of the state, adding that the beneficiaries would be trained on how to use traditional textile materials (Adire and Kampala) to make shoes and bags.
The coordinator said there would be practical training on business management and record keeping in addition to costing, marketing, packaging and customer relations among the skills that they will acquire.
