The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has restated its commitment to empowering unemployed youths with skills that have global commercial value.
The managing director of the scheme, Abubakar Fikpo, stated this at the orientation for beneficiaries of its quick-fix demand-driven skills in Jos, the Plateau State capital.
