The National Librarian, Professor Lenrie Olatokunbo Aina, while making the presentation, said last year during the annual readership promotion campaign, the NLN officials visited one correctional centre in each of the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, and enlightened inmates on the importance of reading culture.

He explained that the donations also included foodstuff and promised more next year to support the inmates to improve their lives.
