The Chief Medical Director of National Hospital, Abuja, Dr Jaf Momoh, has promised to assist those with hearing impairment who visit the hospital.
Momoh stated this when the Deaf Women Aloud Initiative led by its Executive Director, Mrs Hellen Beyioku-Alase, paid a courtesy visit to the hospital on Monday.
Beyioku-Alase said the visit was to seek collaboration on a health glossary they were trying to produce to help bridge communication gap between health workers and those with hearing impairment.
