Delegates for the national conference being organized by the Federal Government will be inaugurated by President Goodluck Jonathan Monday, 17th of this month, a statement from the Office of the Secretary of the Federation (SGF) has said.
Those on the list include former PDP national chairman Ahmadu Ali, Pastor Tunde Bakare, former Ebonyi State Governor Sam Egwu, former FCT ministers Jeremiah Useni and Adamu Aliero, Senator Ibrahim Mantu, former Senate President Iyorchia Ayu as well as Senator Khairat Abdulrazaq Gwadabe.
The All Progressive Congress (APC) did not make any nomination for the conference, even though all APC controlled states are sending delegates.       
Others on the list are Chairman of Daily Trust Newspaper Kabir Yusuf and his Thisday Newspaper counterpart Nduka Ogbaibena.
Joe Okei-Odumakin, Olisa Agbakoba, Gani Adams, Adolphous Wabara also made it to the conference which will have 492 members.
The SGF, Anyim Pius Anyim in the statement added that Jonathan has also approved the appointments of three assistant secretaries to serve in the national conference secretariat.
They are Dr. Akilu Ndabawa who will serve as Assistant Secretary Conference Proceedings, Prof Mahmood Yakubu as Assistant Secretary Finance and Administration, with Mr. James Akpandem serving as Assistant Secretary, Media and Communications.
Daily Trust had earlier reported that former Chief Justice of the Federation Justice Idriss Legbo Kutigi will chair the conference, with Prof. Bolaji Akinyemi and Mrs Valerie Azinge serving as vice chairman and secretary respectively.

Anyim said the delegates will be inaugurated at the National Judicial Institute, Abuja.
