The Court of Appeal, Abuja division, had on Monday, affirmed that Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan of the Peoples Democratic Party was the duly elected candidate for Kogi Central.
The appellate court dismissed the appeal filed by Senator Abubakar Ohere for lacking in merit.
