Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State has urged the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to zone leadership positions in the 10th National Assembly to ensure that all regions in the country are carried along.
He spoke on Tuesday while fielding questions from State House reporters after a closed-door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The governor said his mission to Presidential Villa was to thank President Buhari for naming the newly completed medical school in Ebonyi State after him (Umahi).
Umahi won the February 25 parliamentary election to represent Ebonyi South Senatorial District in the 10th National Assembly.
