Nasarawa schools to resume October 5

The Nasarawa State Government has fixed Monday, October 5, 2020 for resumption of schools after the COVID-19 break.

The state commissioner for education, Hajiya Fatu Sabo said on Friday in Lafia that, ” The resumption is for public and private schools.

“This followed the submission of a report by a committee set up by the state government comprising stakeholders to work out modalities for the safe reopening of schools,” she said.

The commissioner said that the ministry is taking preventive measures ahead of the reopening of the schools.
