The Nasarawa State House of Assembly has passed the 2020 supplementary budget of N20.2 billion into law.
The Speaker, Ibrahim Balarabe-Abdullahi, announced the passage of the supplementary appropriation bill into law after it scaled third reading during the house proceedings in Lafia on Wednesday.
He said the speedy passage of the bill was to enable the state government to address some challenges as well as tackle the effects of COVID-19.
