It would be recalled that the State House of Assembly recommended the suspension of Architect Buba for allegedly usurping the powers of the Managing Director, Nasarawa Urban Development Board (NUDB) by taking up the issuance of land tenancy revenue receipts.

The house also set up an ad hoc committee to investigate the allegations against the suspended aide.
