Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has cast his vote for his preferred presidential and National Assembly candidates in the state.
Governor Sule voted on Saturday at Motor Park 002 Gudi Polling Unit of Akwanga Local Government Area of the state.
The governor, who was in the company of his wives, Hajiya Silifat Sule and Farida Sule, voted at exactly 12pm after accreditation by the electoral officials.
Briefing journalists immediately after casting his vote, the governor applauded the voters for conducting themselves peacefully.

Sule, however, urged the electorates to come out and cast their votes, without any fear of intimidation.
The governor also thanked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and security agencies for their tireless efforts in ensuring that the election is being conducted peacefully.
In the same vein, Mr. Silas Agara, Federal Commissioner, National Population Commission (NPC) representing Nasarawa State who voted at CMS Primary School Gudi Polling Unit around 11am, said the 2023 general election was the most peaceful one.
