A new Commissioner of Police, Bello Ahmed, has been posted to the Nasarawa State Command.
A statement signed by the command’s spokesman, DSP Idrisu Kennedy, said Ahmed, before his assumption of duty on December 14, 2017, was the Commissioner of Police in-charge of Homicide Section, Force Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Department (FCIID), Abuja.
Ahmed who joined the Nigeria Police on January 1, 1984, spent several of his service years in the Police Mobile Force (PMF).
