Nasarawa chief hands over suspected bike, cable thieves to police

The Ohinoyi of Ogye in Toto LGA of Nasarawa State, Alhaji Muhammed Umar Azaki, has ordered the handover of four apprehended suspected motorcycle snatchers and transformer vandals to the police.

The spokesman of the Ohinoyi of Ogye, Shuaibu Musa Kani, who confirmed the arrest of the suspects, posted on the Toto Emirate’s Facebook page that: “Attention all! Be on the lookout for these individuals who are allegedly snatching motorcycles and vandalising transformers in Toto.

“They are currently in police custody, but it’s essential to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the authorities. Let’s work together to prevent future incidents.”

A vigilante, simply identified as Idris, said luck ran out of the suspects after they stole a motorcycle on Thursday were arrested by vigilantes.
