The Kaduna State Chapter of Nasarawa State Youth Forum has commended both the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state for zoning their respective governorship tickets to Akwanga Senatorial District.
Patron of the forum, Mr Moses Jikka McDaniel, told newsmen in Kaduna, that both the PDP and APC did a most thoughtful thing in zoning their candidates to Akwanga zone.
He, therefore, appealed to politicians in the area to shun selfish interests, including religious and tribal sentiments and work together to produce the next governor.
He said the zone had a lot of experienced people with good track records to ensure the overall development of the state.
