The Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT), Edo State branch, has laid the foundation of its nursery and primary school in Egba community in Uhuwonde LGA of Edo State.
Laying the foundation, Benin NAFSAT World Wide President, Alhaji Mumini Olaniyi Yusuf, said NAFSAT was a Muslim organisation nurtured by true understanding of Islam for the spiritual upliftment of mankind.
He said NAFSAT was predicated on four pillars: education, health, livelihood and dawa, noting that the school was among the aims of NAFSAT in seeking knowledge.
He further said NAFSAT paid attention to the education of the girl child to be doctors and nurses to enable Muslim women to have women nurses and doctors to attend to them.
