The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Air War College yesterday graduated 19 senior military officers after six months of intensive participation in theories and application of airpower intended to better a military force to achieve and maintain the competitive advantage it seeks over its adversaries.
Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadiqque Abubakar, said at the graduation that the changing character of warfare required that military force must stay adaptive in the methods and thinking that guides its operations.
Abubakar challenged the graduands to bring the skills and lessons acquired during the course to bear in their future deployments with utmost patriotism.
Commandant of the College, AVM John Baba, said the course equipped the participants with general knowledge on warfare with emphasis on airpower.
