Mr Aliyu, who was represented by the Director of Research, Design and Development of NADDC, Dr Fidelis Achiv, said three participants were selected from each state of the North Central for the two-week training.
He said the training was also part of measures to empower youths and reduce the rate of unemployment.
He said the council had also organised similar trainings in the North West and South East of the country.
Mr Aliyu further said about 200 youths would benefit from the training across the country.
The NADDC boss stated that about N25 million had already been set aside for the training which would cut across all the zones of the country.
He said the amount would cater for feeding, accommodation, transportation, other allowances and software.
A member of the Governing Board of NADDC, Dr Nanki Bagudu, advised the participants to be committed to the training and contribute their quota to the growth of the automobile sector.
