The National Council of Muslim Youth Organisations (NACOMYO), Osun State chapter has cautioned the federal government against fuel price hike.
It also called on the government to address the problem of insecurity and economic hardship in the country.

The group made the call at its 14th NACOMYO youth conference organised to mark its 30th anniversary, and award presentation with the theme, “Sound Approach to Islamic Propagation in Contemporary World; Muslim Youths on Call.”
In a communiqué signed by the state coordinator, Imam Tajudeen Adedokun, and the state secretary, Alhaji Yusuf Wahab Ishola, at the end of the events, NACOMYO urged Nigerians to live with the fear of Allah and shun immoral pursuit of wealth.
It called on parents to give their children sound Islamic and western education for a better future and cautioned the federal government against increasing the price of petrol but to address the problem of insecurity and economic hardship in the country.
