…Nab Osun notorious cultist

Men of the Special Anti-Cultism Squad if the Osun State Police Command have arrested a suspected notorious cultist in the state, Mohammed Opeyemi.

The Commissioner of Police in the state, CP Ishaq Muhammed, said the suspect was arrested upon distress call from Osun State Polytechnic, Iree.

“The police received information that some hoodlums suspected to be members of Buccaneer confraternity led by Mohammed Opeyemi, the leader of the notorious and deadly group also known as Alora Confraternity, invaded Osun State Polytechnic campus during the signing out of the students.”

The police boss said the suspects, who wore military uniforms, were terrorising the peace of the polytechnic campus and the entire Iree town.

“However, Opeyemi was apprehended by men of the Special Anti-Cultism Squad of the command at Iree on a tip-off. Suspect confessed to the crime and he will be charged to court,” the CP said.
