The FCT police command has arrested two suspects car and motorcycle thieves along Galadimawa-Durumi axis of Abuja.
A statement by the spokesperson of the FCT police command, ASP Maryam Yusuf, said the police acted on intelligence in the arrests.
She gave the names of the suspects as Bello Waziri and Yusuf Ali, adding that they have confessed to being members of a syndicate snatching motorcycles at night.

She said the suspects used a hammer to hit their victims on the head to render them unconscious before escaping with their motorcycles, adding that effort was on to arrest the third fleeing suspect
Exhibits recovered from them included four hammers, one motorcycle and one colour Toyota Corolla car.
