Leader of the group, Sale Ali, who was from Potiskum town, said they have not receive any stipend since engaged as volunteers in December, 2016.

"In potiskum alone, over 500 from the 1,774 successful volunteers have not received stipends from December to date. We filed series of complains to the N-power office but the issue has remained the same.

"Over 200 volunteers from Fika and 100 volunteers from Boko haram ravaged Gujba, were also affected," he said.

When contacted, the spokesman of the N-power, Shuaibu Abdullahi noted that they can only guide the volunteers on best ways to handle their problems.
