The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, on Monday reiterated his promise to concede 40 percent of appointments in his government to youths, assuring it is a pledge he would not break.
He stated this in Lagos during a youth town hall meeting, declaring that if elected President in the February 16 election, his Minister of Youth will be less than 30 years.
“If you are less than 30 years in this hall, bring your CV”, he said.
Atiku said he believes in creating jobs for the youths, disclosing that only one of his many children currently works for government while others are working in his various companies.
He stressed that his government would bequeath a good future for the youths who are the future of the country.
