Musa Haro Academy were in imperious form yesterday as they walloped FC 20 Mai’adua 4-1 in the ongoing Daura Senatorial Zone President Muhammadu Buhari Unity Cup for amateur clubs in Daura Senatorial zone.
The group B match played at the refurbished Daura township stadium saw youngster, Ibrahim Abdulazeez scoring a hat-trick for the Musa Haro Academy boys.
But it was Ibrahim Alasan who opened the scoring for the victorious team before his team mate took over the scoring.
FC 20 Mai’adua’s consolation goal was scored by Musa Haliru spotting jersey number 10.
The second match of the day was another group B match between Liverpool FC Daura against Nasiru Sani Zango which ended in a barren draw.
Kusugu Rangers will trade tackles with Daura Youth Academy today at the Daura township stadium.
At Kankia centre, FC Porto Kankia will lock horns with Sani Zangon Daura Fc in the only match of the day.
Meanwhile, action in the competition will continue on Monday with two matches at Daura Centre as Nasarawa United engage Usman Ango Academy and FC Ahmadiyya take on Jakada Academy.
On Tuesday, Kayawa United will square up with FC Robicon Shargalle in Group E at Mani centre while Kusanda United battle Seria A FC Kankia at Kankia centre.
