Politics is about one’s conviction, ideology and decision on whom to associate with based on certain ideologies and principles. There is no question about this statement at all.
Things are falling apart in the politics of Kano State – the aura and horizon of Kano politicians. Scores are defecting from one party to the other with the insinuations of many more underway. And after all their rout, is that one is in, the other out. This is the only difference.
Politics is like a race horse. But I think Ganduje, Shekarau and pluripotent Kwankwaso must know how to fall with the latest possible damages come 2023.
Could the two strong sides die at last from swallowing their own lies and convoluted reasoning?
I ask, going by the past few days action and inaction, the utterances of Ganduje, Shekarau and Kwankwaso, how little do they affect the lives, yearnings and aspirations, I mean the normal life and aspirations of the Kano good people, positively concomitant with what is obtainable in modern society?
Occasionally, some people will reveal a secret to you that you did not asked to know. Then you are crushed under the burden or reservoir of knowledge too heavy to bear.
I am not a doctor, but I could still try to administer first aid to myself. Life is filled with random events and situations that cannot be explained. I only try to decipher the expression.
There is a link or correlation between our passion and our potential. In book, any politician in Kano could be the light of the day, but no person will know it until the switch is turned on with or without the elite’s support. The issue of elitism will soon be jettisoned and cancelled.
Breathless with happiness – shielded from the possibility of disappointment, I don’t blame people who usually do not associate wisdom with beginners. Only to those who are endowed with gifts of understanding.
I think I have exuded confidence to say all that. In 2023 one cannot go to the forest unless he/she is ready to stand the challenge of situations. One cannot also in 2023 go to the kitchen unless he/she is ready to stand the heat of fire.
For people of Kano State, adversity has advantage. They will never end up like floor – all mixed up and permanently set. The development and success have less to do with speed, but more to do with struggle with old crop politicians’ timing and direction.
Kano is created for creativity. People’s eyes are arranged and designed to look for opportunities. People’s ears listen for directives and direction as 2023 election draws near. Their minds require a challenge as 2023 looms.
Our politicians treat people the way they view us, but they should try to find good in us no matter what.
There will be a time for people at some point to speak more definitely. I crave the indulgence of readers of this article not to ask that question.
We were told that human being attitudes towards situations fall under three categories: Latitude of acceptance – Latitude of rejection and Latitude of non – commitment. These latitude will definitely decide Kano politics and voting in 2023.
Sometimes none of these politicians’ views would pass the objectivity test.
