The subject of this memo was triggered by recent developments in the education sector in Nigeria. The development that led to the setting up of new tertiary institutions in the country.
From Air force University Tafawa Balewa to Federal College of Education, Jama’are, Bauchi State alone got a number of tertiary institutions including the recent University of Health, Nutrition and Medical Sciences, Azare.

It is, therefore, a great delight and utmost pride that I find a favourable circumstances to write words of commendation on behalf of myself and in this circumstance on behalf of the entire good people of Bauchi State and well-meaning Nigerians.
There can really never be any word(s) enough to say. But by convention, one must express heartfelt (heart-petted) gratitude to the man with an extraordinary flame of passion for the development of education in Bauchi State and Nigeria in general.
Malam! I am writing to thank you for your selfless service to our dear state, and the nation at large. You are an inspiration and I hope you have many more opportunities to keep up the good work. Thank you for your inspirational and courageous leadership evident in how you have focused on restoring the lost glory of our dear state.
You have continued to prove that when there is a will, there is a way. You have proven beyond every reasonable doubt that you are an embodiment of service and an exemplary role model to us and the younger generation.
