Born in Kano State, one studied English Education while the other studied Public Administration. They have won a lot of accolades, hosted a TV series program and have shared the stage with top music acts.
They started singing professionally in 2003, and lately, the twins trilled the entertainment industry when they got married to identical twin sisters in Kano.
Hassana and Hussaina Musa Abdullahi a.k.a Twins of Kannywood
Hassana and Hussaina Musa Abdullahi are Kannywood’s most celebrated identical twins. Both born and raised in Kano, Hussaina is a graduate of Kano State School of Hygiene and is presently working with the State Ministry of Environment, while Hassana graduated from Aminu Kano College for Islamic and Legal Studies.
The twin sisters took the Hausa movie industry by surprise when they both ventured into acting. Popularly known in the Kannywood circle as Tagwayen Kannywood, they featured in films like Mairon Kauye and Mizani.
The twins have over 30 movies to their credit. Also, indicators in the Hausa movie industry has shown that their credibility as artists and their ability to interpret every role given to them has given them an edge over other upcoming stars.

Hassana and Hussaina Yusuf are 27-year-old identical twins from Maiduguri, Borno State. The twins were said to have joined Kannywood industry about seven years ago.
Hassana and Hussaina did their primary and secondary education in Borno and proceeded to the University of Maidugri where they obtained their National Diploma in social work before moving to Kano and subsequently joined Kannywood.
They featured in the following movies; Sai Nayi Kudi, Talatu Numba Daya, Kidiri and many others. However, the twins became more popular with the role they played in the TV series Dadin Kowa which aired on Arewa24.
