Media Trust’s Northern Operations’ GM loses dad

The General Manager (GM), Northern Operations of Media Trust Group, Alhaji Abdullahi Mainasara, has lost his father.

The late Alhaji Muhammad Gidado Mainasara died on Friday in Malumfashi, Katsina State, after a protracted illness.

The late Mainasara, aged 81, was a retired civil servant and is survived by his wife, 13 children and 80 grandchildren.

Among the children are Alhaji Anas Mainasara, a staff of the Local Education Authority (LEA), Malumfashi; and Abdullahi Mainasara of Media Trust. 

He also left behind two brothers, Alhaji Abdulkadir Kado and Alhaji Muhammad Bello. 

He was buried according to Islamic rites at the Malumfashi Cemetery.
