Masari, Emir of Kano attend funeral prayers of late Aminatu

Late Aminatu Mai Babban Daki, mother of Emir of Katsina Abdulmumin Kabir Usman, who died Saturday evening was buried after a funeral prayer held at the emir’s palace, Katsina

Among those that graced the prayers included the state governor Aminu Masari, his deputy Mannir Yakubu, Speaker, Yahaya Kusada, Emir of Kano Sanusi Lamido and his Daura counterpart Umar Faruk, many districts heads, members of National and state assemblies.

The chief imam of Katsina, Muhammad Lawal who led prayer, prayed for the repose of her soul and the family, state and Nigeria the fortitude to bear the loss.
