The group comprises major fuel marketers – 11plc (Mobil), Total, NNPC, MRS, Conoil, and AP.

The decision to publish daily landing costs of the product was one of the takeaways at the quarterly virtual briefing of the association.

The Executive Secretary of MEMAN, Clement Isong, said there would also be weekly publication of newsletter and quarterly industry reports and yearly reports.

Stakeholders at the webinar advocated the promotion of supply diversity which enhances competition in the petroleum industry by effectively implementing the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) 2021 to streamline operations and reduce costs in refining or importing petroleum products.
