Many passengers, few vehicles in Lafia

There were many passengers and few buses in Lafia, the capital of Nasarawa State on Saturday and Sunday due to restriction of movement.

The state Commissioner for Justice, Abdulkarim Kana, told Daily Trust that Gov. Abdullahi Sule had given a directive restricting movement from 08:00pm to 06:00am pending when the COVID-19 pandemic would be controlled.

According to him, everybody going into Nasarawa State would be subjected to temperature test before they would be allowed into the state.

It was observed that there were many passengers going to Abuja and Jos, but only few buses were seen.
