Man steals windows from Kano mosque

Operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Kano State have arrested a 22-year-old man, Zahradden Mukhtar, for stealing aluminum windows from the central mosque in Dawakin Tofa LGA.

The suspect was apprehended with the stolen items in a sack while being conveyed to the market.

The spokesman of NSCDC in the state, Ibrahim Idris Abdullahi, said, “The suspect has since confessed to committing the nefarious act and will be charged to court upon completion of investigation.”
