Rashid Ibrahim was arrested by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) while he was being beaten following the alleged act on March 14.
Ibrahim is being charged with a four-count charge of abduction, kidnapping, causing grievous hurt in private part. The offences are contrary to Sections 247 and 243 of the Penal Code.
At the resumed hearing, Francis Okpe, an NSCDC official, who conducted the investigation, narrated how the accused person was rescued from a mob after he was caught in the act in an uncompleted building.
Justice Ishaq Bello adjourned the case to October 2 for further examination.
