An Iyaganku magistrates’ court in Ibadan, on Tuesday, ordered that an 18-year-old apprentice, Azeez Hammed, be remanded for defiling a three-year-old girl.
The Magistrate, Mrs Patricia Adetuyibi, ordered that his case file should be forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) and adjourned to September 22.

Earlier, the prosecutor, Insp Folake Ewe, told the court that Hammed, on July 1, at about 1pm visited his colleague who was ill at Academy Olomi area of Ibadan, and that while there he seized the victim, a neighbour’s child in the same house with his sick colleague, and defiled her. (NAN)
