Operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Nasarawa State Command, have arrested an 18-year-old man, Muhammed Hussaini, who has been allegedly terrorising residents of Lafia LGA of the state.
The spokesman of the command, Mr Jerry Victor, who paraded the Hussaini, said that he and his gang members attacked some boys rearing cattle behind City Hall in Lafia with a locally fabricated pistol and fled, leaving the pistol behind when they were overpowered.

He said the owner of the cattle reported the case to the command on August 17, and that the personnel of the command swung into action and arrested the suspect.
He further said, “The suspect, who resides on Shendam Road, Lafia, had been on the wanted list of the intelligence department of the command until he was finally arrested on Monday, September 26, 2022,” adding that he would be handed over to the police.
