A man, Kamoli Isiaka was stabbed to death with a broken bottle during a fight at the Morogbo area of Lagos yesterday.

The alleged culprit simply identified as Azeez, fled the scene immediately after hitting the victim in the neck in a fight over an undisclosed issue.

A police source said Isiaka died on the way to the hospital. The corpse was later deposited at the morgue.

Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) SP Dolopo Badmos, said that the Police had stepped up a manhunt for the fleeing suspect. “The command is investigating the matter, as we would not tolerate any act of violence,” she stated.
