Man jailed 1 year for stealing 2 phones

An Iyaganku magistrates’ court in Ibadan, Oyo State, on Wednesday, sentenced a man, Nurudeen Raji, to one year imprisonment for stealing two phones.

The prosecutor, Philip Amusan, told the court that the defendant stole an iPhone11 Pro Max worth N550,000 and a Nokia phone worth N9,500 belonging to Ms Funmilayo Odofin on April 15, at about 4pm at New Goshen Land Church, Ososami, Ibadan.
