A certain Stephen Nyitse has just caused a stir at the JS Tarka Stadium in Gboko as he walked up to the stage and sat on the throne prepared for the Tor Tiv who is yet to arrive at the venue.
He told newsmen on Saturday after being caught by security operatives that he was sent by God to sit on the Tor Tiv, Prof. James Ayatse’s throne.
The security operatives have led him out of the venue for further interrogation.
Prof. James Ayatse is being coronated today as the paramount ruler of Tiv people worldwide, the Tor Tiv, V.
The venue for the occasion is already agog with at least eight governors and many traditional rulers from across the country as well as other important dignitaries including, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tambuwal.
