He was arrested by the police during stop and search along Ado-Odo – Owode road in Ado-odo/Ota Local Government Area of the state, it was further gathered.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, in a statement said: “Police arrested a man with 18 human heads while on a stop and search operation along Ado-Odo- Owode road.”
The suspect, who, according to the statement is from Ilaro in Yewa-South Local Government Area of the state, is presently with the police in Ado-Odo.
The Police Public Relations Officer assured people of the state that a thorough investigation will be conducted into the matter and all those involved will be made to face the law.
