Operatives of Operation Puff Adder II of the Bayelsa State Police Command have arrested a suspected armed robber, Teke Kolokol, in possession of arms and a bullet-proof army fatigues.
He was arrested on Ayama road, Famgbe community in Yenagoa Local Government Area of the state.

Police spokesman in Bayelsa State, SP Asinim Butswat said in a statement on Tuesday in Yenagoa that police operatives also recovered a locally made pistol, eight cartridges, illicit drugs, and a bullet proof army vest from the suspect.
“The suspect is cooperating with the Police and he will soon appear in Court at the conclusion of the investigation,” Butswat said.
