One Adamu Abdulahi, 33, was on Thursday arraigned in an Iyaganku Magistrates’ Court, Ibadan, for allegedly possessing one AK 47 live ammunition.
Abdulahi, of no fixed address, was charged with unlawful possession of live ammunition.
The prosecutor, Insp. Philip Amusan, told the court that the defendant allegedly committed the offence on Oct. 26, at about 10:30 a.m. along Ojoo/Akinyele Road, Ibadan.
Amusan alleged that Abdulahi unlawfully had in his possession the live ammunition which he could not satisfactorily account for.

He said the defendant committed an offence contrary to the criminal laws of Oyo State, 2000. (NAN)
