A Magistrates’ Court sitting in Kano has ordered the remand of one Aliyu Abdullahi (23) of Kutama town in Gwarzo local govt area for allegedly raping a minor.

According to the First Information Report, On September 1, one Aliyu Abdullahi, lured the victim, removed her pant and had sex with her.

The suspect denied the allegation and the prosecutor asked for an adjourned date.

Magistrate Mustapha Datti ordered that the suspect be remanded in correctional facility and adjourned the matter to November 2.
