Make sure you never bring down any Ministry, Oyedepo warns son

David Oyedepo, founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, has warned his son, Isaac, not to criticize or undermine any ministry while performing his ministerial duties.

He said, “My son, His times are in His hands; your times are in His hands, avoid participating in maligning or bringing down any ministry.

“A few years back, I quickly corrected someone who had dared to criticize TREM and Deeper Life during a testimony. Don’t ever get to a point where you say something like “This only happens with me.”

Additionally, he advised Isaac not to follow in the footsteps of young ministers who believe they are everything.

Along with Isaac, the bishop prayed for his son’s wife, Ayomitide, who knelt to accept his blessings.

“As hands are laid on you, I pray for unusual grace for sustainable connectivity that will keep you going without sweat.

“I pray that you will aim for impact. Not very good preaching, but great impact, and I pray that your life will interpret your message in the name of Jesus.

“May you be clothed with humility as you enter this new phase of your assignment. I have never borrowed, but I have never lacked; I have never begged, but I have never lacked.”

Earlier, Isaac had responded to rumours regarding his standing in the church and his father’s relationship.

He reaffirmed his dedication to the church and asked people to apply caution when considering information that hasn’t been shared on his official social media accounts.
