The Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) of the Labour Party (LP) has alleged plots by anti-democratic forces to frustrate the collection of Permanent Voter’s Cards (PVCs).

The Obi-Datti Media Office, in a statement yesterday, said reports available to the party showed that the collection of PVCs was not going smoothly in some centres across the country.
