The Chief Executive Officer and the Group Managing Director of Femab Properties, a real-estate development firm, Mr Biodun Aguda made the assertions at the unveiling of Diamond Estate Phase 2.
According to him, the launch became imperative following the major success recorded in the sale of the housing units in Diamond Estate Phase 1 Sangotedo, Lekki, Lagos State.
He said FEMAB unlike other property development companies builds homes for long term value, not immediate gains.
Aguda explained that the firm’s approach to property development is centered on the dream of providing effective and efficient housing solutions towards improving lives.
Femab Properties is a wholly indigenous company which made its debut in the Nigerian real estate sector in the year 2000.
Aguda noted that the firm was endorsed last year by First Bank Plc in its Home Builder promo saying the endorsement stemmed from Femab’s investments for all who subscribe to it.
Aguda stated that positive expansion and growth over 14 years has led to establishments of Femab subsidiaries which he listed as Alliance Mortgage Consortium Ltd, Shelter First and Associates Ltd, Crystal Blocks and Concrete Ltd making up the group.
He described the Diamond Estate phase II project as investment destination which has been strategically sited close to Lekki locality.
The Diamond phase 2 which he said is supported by First, Zenith, Diamond and Fidelity banks as financial partners consists of 151 housing units set on 25 acres of well planned environment.
Aguda said, “Set in the fast developing Sangotedo Area in Lekki-Epe Axis, Femab’s Diamond Estate phase II is within driving minutes from the new Lekki free trade zone.
“With an international airport and a deep-sea port soon to come in the area, the estate represents genuine investment for players in the real estate sector.
“For those who are particular about the living environs, Diamond Estate Phase II is a significant upgrade on the flagship estate in Diamond Estate Phase I and has even more facilities than the latter.
“The estate is said to have its own central gas supply system, fast internet facilities, treated central water system, estate security and control systems, amongst other ultramodern living facilities.
“It also reputably boasts of having well laid asphalt interlocking tiled roads with good drainage system.”
The MD revealed that Femab partnered with some Chinese firms to set up a dredging company which will carry out sand filling activities for construction sites and land reclamation for the purpose of housing development and create new channels in the waterways to ease water transportation.
Saheed Amusa, the company’s head of Marketing and Agency disclosed that the houses come in moderately priced luxurious units that include four-bedroom detached duplexes, four-bedroom bungalows with pent houses, four-bedroom terrace houses, four-Bedroom semi-detached duplexes and regular four-bedroom flats all exclusively finished with the finest building materials.
