Let’s reinvent Nigeria now — Sen Ndubueze

The Senator representing Imo North, Engr. Patrick Ndubueze, has urged engineers to articulate the way forward by providing long lasting infrastructure as the present administration seeks to reinvent Nigeria.

Ndubueze who is the Senate Committee Chairman on Works, spoke at the 2023 Conference and Induction of new members of the Bwari Branch of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) held in Abuja yesterday.

He said, “I want to charge you all that you should articulate what you think should be the proper way for us to execute infrastructure in Nigeria and it will be long lasting. Let us articulate the way forward for Nigerians.”

The senator said, “It is wrong that you build a road today, it would not stay long. Under five years, you go back to the place, and mind you, in those five years you will not get back to it because you don’t have the funds.”
