Legal AID trains retirees on fish farming

The Legal Aid Council of Nigeria (LACN) yesterday started a four-day training on fish farming and general agriculture for about 10 of her staff who retired recently. 

The Director General of the council, Mrs. Joy Bob-Manuel said in her goodwill message that the training was designed to help put food on the tables of the beneficiaries ‘in this era of economic downturn.’

The retirees were tutored on the processes of fish farming which included types of ponds and sizes, types of fishes, drying processes for commercial, export and consumption.

The training took place at Pearls Fish Farm, Kuchikau, in Nasarawa State.
