Our attention has been drawn to the malicious, satanic, fabricated and ill concocted lies published in Premium Times by agents of darkness and haters of progress, aimed at tarnishing the good reputation and outstanding records of our own, Mr. Gabriel Tanimu Aduda, now Permanent Secretary in the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).
For the records, Aduda brilliantly rose through the ranks to attain his present position in the country’s civil service. The baseless and false report being bandied by the online Newspaper is the machination of the same crop of enemies of progress who in 2013 fruitlessly fought against his elevation to the post of a Director in Federal Civil Service.
To God be the glory, one of the persons quoted in the report in the person of , Paul Nwabuikwu, said, "the director is highly regarded and seen by many as one of the brightest, youngest senior officials in the Ministry since he assumed office," referring to Aduda
Aduda scaled through the trap of the detractors and enemies of Progress when the then President, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan looked into the matter.
Aside the distractions of the mischief makers, he has contributed immensely in transforming the respective agencies where-in he served, before his recent well deserved elevation to the position of a Federal Permanent Secretary.
Before his present elevation, Aduda was the Director, Civil Service Transformation in the office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation where he contributed to the ongoing reforms in the Civil Service.
While thanking President Muhammadu Buhari and the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo for the elevation, we assure them that Aduda will contribute positively and immensely in the delivery of the lofty programmes and policies of the administration for the benefit of all. We thank the Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo for doing the needful by acting on the appointment of the permanent secretary in his capacity as the acting president as he was then called.
For those dishing out and concocting lies, you cannot stop the rising profile of our hardworking and committed Aduda. You are only trying to touch the sky and stop the sun from shining. An impossible task that you have set for yourselves.
We are totally in support of Gabriel Tanimu Aduda’s elevation. We wish him God’s guidance, protection and direction in his new assignment for the benefit of our beloved country, Nigeria.
It is also on record that; no individual can be appointed Federal Permanent Secretary for simply being a brother to a Senator but on merit and as a Federal Director.
We therefore urge all Patriotic Nigerians to disregard the misleading report by the premium time whom have shown desperation in scoring cheap popularity with such a mischievous publication.
This singular gesture has no doubt ignite our hope on the Government of the day, and we have resolved to repose our confident on the Government of President Muhammadu Buhari for doing the needful as regards the plight of the Natives of FCT.
We also join other millions of Nigerians to welcome Mr President back to the country and we pray for his total healing to enable him tackle the issues of the FCT Natives holistically and other national issues.
For avoidance of doubt, below is a summary of his verifiable track records for the world to judge.
